Not all websites warrant a CMS such as Perch and are simply static sites where the content does not change, these can easily be built using a boilerplate. So I have just spent a few hours creating a static website boilerplate that will allow me to build a website very quickly with the minimum of fuss.


Why the right Domain Name selection is important

Without domain names the internet would be a very different place with each device connected having an Internet protocol (IP) address: a unique string of four numbers separated by periods, such as 165.153.0.11., remembering the IP addresses of all of your favorite websites would be nearly impossible and so some clever people devised the domain name system, this simply replaces the IP address with your ready recognisable domain name.
